$1,500 Plan
I coordinate closing details after you have secured buyer and attend closing! This plan is ideal for (For Sale By Owners) or unrepresented sellers!

$3,500 Plan
This plan is $500 upfront at time of listing, then $3,000 + 2% if I bring buyer or + 3% if another agent brings the buyer. This plan includes sign, lockbox, and basic MLS entry only.

5% Plan
Includes sign, lockbox, MLS, 18 classified websites/ads, and my websites.

6% Full Service , Includes my 201-Point Marketing System, professional appraisal of property reimbursement, virtual tour and reduced commission if Roger sells himself.

7% Premier Plan , Includes additional feature benefits for homes over $500K, please call us for list of lengthy benefits! Also any relocation clients that have their employer pay their broker fee and where RE/MAX is required to pay a referral fee, broker fee is 7%.

8% Plan , Call us on this plan, it really is explained in person, includes full concierge service and home maintenance program and preparing home for the marketplace by professional staging.
