Also any relocation clients that have their employer pay their broker fee and where RE/MAX is required to pay a referral fee, broker fee is 7%. 8% Plan , Call us on this plan, it really is explained in person, includes full concierge service and home maintenance program and preparing home for the marketplace by professional staging.
