5.) Roger's team uses electronic signatures for all documents leading up to the actual closing. This enables you to expedite the process from any computer, as we go through the negotiation process and completing required forms to help you with the process of getting ready to close on your home.  This is a great benefit because you don't have to chase down or worry about faxing documents back and forth, it's "point & click" right on your home or work computer, to initial and sign documents - takes less than an average of 20 seconds each time.  A copy of all documents are also sent to your e-mail once they are finalized. We try to steam-line the process and eliminate the hassle of buying a home by using the latest technology available.

6.) We are available to accommodate your schedule, 7 days a week.  We can meet with you at your home, office, or anywhere you choose to help answer questions for you or write a contract on the home that you would like to buy when the time is right.  We try to make it convenient for you and your family in this exciting transition.
